Course Design
WE ARE OPEN Monday through Sunday / April (Date TBD) to Mid-October 2025 (TBD). Our 18-hole course features 6,562 yards of golf from the longest tees (Blue) for a par of 72.
Lakewood Links is an 18-hole, par-72 course stretching 6,562 yards from the back tees. Originally built as a 9-hole course in the early 1960s and expanded to a full 18 in the 1970s, it retains the classic charm of early 20th-century North American golf design.
The designers embraced a ‘lay of the land’ philosophy, featuring push-up greens and fairways that pitch and roll. The small putting surfaces are often perched on the high points of the routing, creating a classic, strategic challenge. It’s organic. It’s natural. It’s Lakewood Links Golf Club.

The course was designed by Walter Barcomb & R.B. Ellison and opened for the 1963 Golf Season. Lakewood Links Golf Club continues to evolve and improve with age, and you will love it!
